Acc no doubt is a nice place to work . But few policies do not make it that good. First is the variable pay policy , 18 percent is a huge amount from your salary which you will never get . Then the transfer and the exit policies .Its very difficult to get out of accenture once u are in . More or less changing projects is very difficult , I lost 3 onsite opps just because some other project hardlocked me . What a crap. People hired from companies like Wipro and Infosys are spoiling the real image . One such idiot is Naveen vishwanathan - Avanade bench lead . He doesn't even know how to manage the bench strength and bench skill , he only works to push people in projects and when a specific skill set is required , Accenture never finds it on bench because they were forced to join projects by the same idiot from Infosys. 3 yrs back accenture was like best place now who knows
